Privately held. Family-owned. UAE-rooted. Single-country in execution; centennial in ambition.

A privately held UAE construction house. Forty-seven years building this country — from structure to surface.

Al Madar MGM was established in 1979. We deliver across nine in-house disciplines that span civil construction, fit-out, maintenance, specialist finishes, decorative arts, architectural concrete, decorative flooring, metal coatings and theming. Range and craftsmanship — under one roof.

Our work has shaped the public realm of modern UAE: hospitality landmarks, civic buildings, cultural quarters, palace projects. Many of these projects are intended to stand for a century or more — and the build standard is set accordingly.

We work with sovereign developers, royal commissions and the mega-project owners shaping the region's next half-century. The board reviews every contract above AED 50 m. Anchor relationships have averaged 18 years; the oldest active maintenance contract dates to 1991.
