About the house

A house, not a holding.

Al Madar MGM Construction L.L.C. has been privately held and quietly operated since 1979. We build for clients who care about the receipts: museum boards, hospitality groups, civic authorities, and private principals across the GCC.

The studio is led by a third-generation operator and a senior PM cadre averaging 22 years at the house. We turn down work that doesn't suit us. We hand over what we sign for. The signature stays on every door we build.

We are not a holding, we are not a roll-up, we are not chasing IPO. We're a construction house — one signature, one set of standards, four decades of file references on request.
