Al Madar MGM combines the engineering rigour of a Tier-1 contractor with the craftsmanship of a specialist finishes atelier — under one contract, one project director, one accountability.

Founded in Dubai in 1979 to build the new city, Al Madar MGM has delivered 1,247 projects across the United Arab Emirates over four decades — from boutique hospitality fit-outs to civic landmarks, residential palaces and cultural districts.

The firm operates an EPC-style integrated delivery model: a single contract covers civil works, fit-out, specialist finishes, decorative arts, maintenance and theming. Procurement teams describe it as "the rare case where the contractor and the craftsman are the same firm."

Forty-seven years in, we remain a privately-held UAE house — small enough to know every wall on every site, large enough to carry hospitality, cultural and government mandates at scale.
