Privately held, family-owned and conservatively financed. We have grown through cycles, kept clients for decades, and delivered the work that defined modern UAE.

Al Madar MGM was established in 1979, predating modern Dubai's construction boom by a decade. Across nine in-house disciplines we deliver projects spanning civil works, fit-out, maintenance, specialist finishes, decorative arts, architectural concrete, decorative flooring, metal coatings and theming.

Most peers are either generalists or boutique finishers. We are both. Our anchor client relationships have averaged 18 years, and our oldest active maintenance contract dates to 1991. Senior project management has worked through at least one cycle of UAE construction; many through several.

We work with sovereign clients, multinationals and family offices. The board reviews every contract above AED 50 m. Our ICV score is 78%; our health-and-safety record is independently audited; our financial position is conservatively cash-positive.
